Terms and conditions of return
After Transaction at the e-commerce counter www.kiosttuoingon.com, the goods will be delivered to you. When you check the product with the delivery staff, if you encounter the following cases:
– The product is damaged in packaging
– Damaged by bacteria or insects
– Damaged in transit
– Expired product
The following return periods will apply:
1 DAY: frozen, semi-processed, meat, fish, seafood
2 DAYS: fresh fruits and vegetables
7 DAYS: other products

In case the order has been paid online, it needs to be returned
Kiost Tuoi Ngon will refund to the card you used to pay the bill by the following deadlines:
– For ATM card / Momo wallet / Zalo Pay wallet (recharge on Zalo): Customers receive a refund from 3 to 5 days (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). If after the above time do not receive the money, Fresh Ngon Kiost will support to contact the customer’s bank to resolve.
– For Visa/Master card/JCB cards: Customers receive refunds from 12 to 15 days. If after the above time, the customer does not receive the money, the customer contact the bank to resolve.
